Terms & Conditions — begtaka

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the begtaka platform — including the website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, slots, Fisher Game, Finance / Wallet, and any related services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of begtaka and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and begtaka with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Access to begtaka and the ability to open a player account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. begtaka strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or as a proxy account for any third party.

begtaka is operated for the entertainment of adult players across Bangladesh, including those located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts and divisions of the country.

To access real-money betting, gaming, and withdrawal services on begtaka, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
• Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued identity document and on all payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile financial service (MFS) account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits
• Selfie photograph held alongside your identity document

begtaka reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, restrict account activity, or close an account where KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, or where submitted documents are determined to be inauthentic, altered, or inconsistent with account information.

All financial transactions on begtaka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your MFS provider's own transaction limits may apply.
• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit processing times are typically under 60 seconds for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal is subject to the limits published in the Finance / Wallet section at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the begtaka account. Cross-name withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for MFS accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• begtaka reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This may result in temporary processing delays while verification is completed.
• Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be held until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on begtaka, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and take precedence over these general terms in the event of a direct conflict.

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. begtaka does not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied to your bet.
• begtaka reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, data feed failure, or where there is credible evidence of irregular betting activity or match manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day are published in the relevant betting product rules. Winnings above these limits will be paid at the applicable maximum.
• Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI internationals, Test matches, and other tournaments as listed in the platform at the time of the market's availability.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slot titles are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules specific to each title are accessible within the game interface.

begtaka may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. begtaka reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for that promotion. Unused bonus balances expire at the end of the promotion period.
• begtaka reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account usage, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

begtaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or match fixing
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits without prior authorisation from begtaka
• Use of software, bots, automated systems, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Holding multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy
• The account holder being identified as under 18 years of age
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder or on their behalf

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their begtaka account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to support@begtaka from the email address registered to their account. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

begtaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders and may be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting support@begtaka:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the change request.

All content on begtaka — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, interface elements, game interfaces (to the extent served via the begtaka platform), software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of begtaka or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use begtaka solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The following acts are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from begtaka:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used to operate the platform
• Creating derivative works based on begtaka content
• Using any automated tool, scraper, bot, or spider to extract data from the platform
• Using the begtaka brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing or commercial context without authorisation

Third-party game content delivered via begtaka (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, begtaka, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, governmental actions, or civil unrest

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, begtaka's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Your privacy is important to begtaka. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using begtaka, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, begtaka collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming interventions
• Customer support and communication
• Platform improvement, analytics, and personalisation of your gaming experience
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

begtaka will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete your requested financial transaction.

Continued use of the begtaka platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you object to any change in these Terms, you may close your account before the updated Terms take effect by contacting support@begtaka. Any bet placed or game session initiated after the effective date of the updated Terms will be governed by the updated version.
